1- Establishment of a new project (from A to Z)

• From the home screen click "Add a new project"
• Fill in the project details.
• Add available attachments or designs if any.
• Click on "Add Project."
• Wait for different offers from different engineers within a short time.
• Get an alert for every offer on your email.

2- Selecting a Frelancer

• Click on "Control Panel."
• Click on "My Projects"
• See the offers made.
• See applicants' portofolios, Communicate with them via messages for any explanation.
• From offers, click choose this Frelancer to start the project.

3- Payment of project fee

• If you don't have enough balance in your account, you'll need to add the balance first via your Visa or MasterCard card, electronic wallets or via PayPal.
• After payment wait a little until payment is confirmed on the site and add the amount to your balance

4- Project Execution

• Once paid, acceptance of the offer was sent to the Frelancer and assignment of the business.
• The Freelancer then accepts the assignment and the project begins.
• follow up the progress from the project panel
• Communicate with Frelancer via messages for any clarrifications.

5- Receipt of project

• After handing over  the project you can request modifications, or just accept the project.
• After acceptance you can make a review for Frelancer's performance.
• In case of complaint, you can press "raise a complaint" from the project panel.
• If the parties are unable to have agreement, the subject will be escalated to an expert under the supervision of the site to adjudicate the dispute.
