How do I sign up?

• Users with incomplete profiles will not be allowed to bid on projects. Here are a few tips to complete your profile and get noticed:

• Be sure to upload a photo on your profile. It's much easier to recognize and relate to a face than a username.
• You might want to consider using your full name or company name as your display name.
• Your portfoliois a good place to make a solid first impression. It might be your company slogan or a list of the top skills you can offer to an employer. It should make other users want to know more about you.
• Use the Biosection to give more details about yourself. This is your chance to really make your profile stand out from the crowd. Talk about your company mission or your work history. Highlight your skills and let people in the Ongineering.com community know why you're the best freelancer for the job.

 

The information you provide on your profile page will give other users an overview of your skills and/or needs. ONgineering.com does not share your personal and contact information on your Profile Details page.

Can I have two accounts?

• Yes, you can have as many accounts as you want on Ongineering. However, we strongly recommend have a single account to build up on your portfolio, reviews and ratings.

How can I change language?

• Ongineering provides two languages “English” and “Arabic”.
• To change the language, go to the top left corner on the Home page, if the home page is in English Language, you will find the Arabic letter “ع” by clicking on it the website will change to Arabic language.
• If you are in the Arabic Version, You will find at the top right corner the letters “EN”, By clicking on it, the website will change to the English language.

Do I have to meet the Project Owner/ Freelancer in person?

• No, Ongineering is intended to be 100% online, that’s why we provide all possible means to communicate with other users.

Do I have to perform any physical delivery or cash payment?

• No, after you finish working on a project, you can deliver it online and also receive your fees online.

How can I resolve a disagreement between myself and a project owner/ freelancer?

• Ongineering encourages friendly and healthy communication to solve any problems. However, if you faced any problem and you wanted to escalate the situation you can report the user and our administrators will investigate more in the issue.
