The Egyptian International Gas Technology (Gastec) is part of Egyptian petroleum sector; it’s one of the pioneering companies in the field of Oil & Gas in Egypt.

My Role was as follow:
• Responsible for following up Instrumentation maintenance job and troubleshooting problems.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting Problems, Performing PLC Software Editing if required.
• Managing the Installation, Commissioning and start-up of new Gas Station
• Responsible for procurement activities, Spares balance investigation and inventory control.
• Responsible for Preparing TPM schedules, ensuring safe and efficient performing of TPM.

EIPET | Instrumentation and Control Engineer. at Egyptian Indian Polyester (EIPET).

EIPET is Petrochemical Company located in Ain Sokhna, the shareholders are The Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company (ECHEM) & Dhunseri Petrochemical and Tea Limited (DPTL), EIPET is the only PET producer in the middle east.

My Role is as follow:
• Leading a team of instrumentation engineers & Technicians.
• Responsible for following up Instrumentation maintenance jobs and troubleshooting problems.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting Problems and Performing PLC& DCS Software Editing if required.
• Responsible for following up the Installation, Commissioning and start-up of project during construction.
• Responsible for Preparing TPM schedules, ensuring safe and efficient performing of TPM.
• Responsible for procurement activities, Spares balance investigation and inventory control.
• Responsible for the technical support of my team.

SSC | Instrumentation and Control Engineer. at (SSC).

SSC is direct reduction plant, Direct reduction process is gas-based process, Iron ore is in contact with reducing gas (Natural Gas) at high temperature that remove the Oxygen from the iron oxides.
My Role is as follow:
• Responsible for following up Instrumentation maintenance jobs, PCS7 troubleshooting problems.
• Leading a team of instrumentation engineers & Technicians.
• Following TPM activates.
