a- An Architectural Autocad drawing of the space (plans and sections), and photos of the space if possible.
b- A scanned hard copy (i.e paper version) of the floor plan with the dimensions indicated.
c- photos and/or footage of the space with some major reference dimensions.

2- Any notes or precautions you need to provide about the built space before I start designing.
3- Your preferences regarding design styles, color preferences, and any other preferred elements you'd like to add.
4- Last but not least, your enthusiasm and openness to discuss ideas to create a pleasing, perfectly functioning and comfortable space :).

1- First 2 Modifications are free of charge.
2- Starting at 3rd-time Modification you'll be charged ***** 30-80 $ ***** depending on the modification needed and the amount of time given.
